Within our new 100,000-square-foot campus that we own and operate, CJI can build any size project, from huge, control-driven process plating lines to simple tanks and manual washing equipment. We provide everything from complete turnkey solutions to basic process components. Each project begins with a thorough and systematic engineering strategy that solves design problems and optimizes fabrication techniques.

In-House Services

CJI ensures the cost, quality and schedule of your project by carefully controlling all aspects. Our in-house services include:
  • Licensed general contractor
  • In-house engineering and project management
  • In-house steel and stainless steel fabrication with an ASME-approved Welding Department
  • In-house sandblasting, painting, coating and linings
  • In-house plastic fabrication PolyPro, polyethylene, PVC, CPVC and PVDF
  • In-house process piping in PVC, CPVC, PolyPro, PVDF or SS, using threaded, welded or solvent glued fittings
  • In-house electrical panel design and fabrication with UL 508A approval
  • In-house software development
  • In-house mechanical and electrical assembly
  • Field construction (concrete, mechanical and electrical)
  • Field installation using our own personnel
  • Field service, maintenance and repair

Certifications

As one of the few vertically integrated companies remaining in our industry, CJI Process Systems can better control nearly all aspects of your project. We’re certified and provide the following in-house manufacturing disciplines and capabilities:

Certifications

  • ASME Code Approved Welding Shop (U, R & S Stamps)
  • UL 508A Panel Shop
  • Custom electrical panels built to NEC, NEMA, JIC, ISA and other applicable standards
At CJI Process System, we offer complete certification in manufacturing to ensure trust in product quality, which includes welding and electrical certifications, as well as other quality control measures. This includes our ASME-qualified procedures and expert welders, who meet most job specifications for carbon steel, stainless steel and all alloys. CJI adheres to AWS standards and guidelines for all structural steel welding, including:
  • ANSI/AWS
  • API
  • ABS

Welding Certifications

CJI’s welding certifications include certified welders and Los Angeles City certified welders. In order to ensure that our fabrication procedures meet the highest standards, we also document welding procedure specifications (WPS).

Electrical Certifications

With regard to electrical equipment certification, CJI has also developed a project management approach that provides customers with services specific to their jobs requirements. This typically includes engineering and design, procurement specification, equipment fabrication and installation services. Additional services include UL certification and CE compliance.

Testing, Debugging & Certification

Our installation effort includes testing, debugging and certifying that the equipment meets the contractual and performance obligations. During this phase of the installation, we maintain electrical, mechanical and supervisory personnel to ensure that the installation is performed correctly and that all equipment performs per the requirements of the contract. All testing is performed with water.
